Where We Lend

Presently we are hiring net loan officers for the state of Florida, Georgia and Alabama. We are working hard to expand the states we are licensed in, but we want to first be able to offer the full range of programs to insure the highest return for our net loan officer partners in addition to your future clients.

What We Offer

• You pay a modest $600.00 fee on your first 2 loans each month.
• You keep 100% of the money listed on the closing statement thereafter.
• Close 1 to 50 loans in that month and pay only the modest fee on the first two loans.
• If you don't close a loan, there is no fee!
• Over 150 Investors to choose from. Have a favorite investor that we don't work with? No problem, we'll do everything we reasonably can to set it up for you!
